Barbara Potts - Church Administrator Barbara has been a member of Christ UMC since 1969 and has been the secretary since 1994. She formerly served as financial secretary and secretary from 1976-1982. She is married to Bob Potts and they have one son, Dr. James Potts. They have two grandchildren, John and Megan. |

Ted Linn - Treasurer Ted joined the staff in mid-March 2004, and has been a member of CUMC since 1963. He is married to Paula, and has five children (Christina, Alan, Victoria, Michael, and Rachelle) and five grandchildren (Angel, McKenzie, Heather, Heidi, and Carson). Ted is a retired Industrial Engineer from Libbey Glass, but has always been a frustrated engineer who really wanted to be an accountant. Guess what? It finally happened. Ted and Paula are members of the Vista Sunday School class, and both have served various volunteer roles in the church. For hobbies, Ted likes to read and follow orders from Paula, his daughters or his granddaughters. The sons and grandson have their own orders to follow.

Ronnie Crawford - Minister of Music Ronnie Crawford has joined the staff in September 2004 as Minister of Music. While attending Morningside UMC in the 50's and 60's he was involved in many of the music programs. During this time he studied choral directing and vocal training privately of 10 years. After coming to Christ UMC he established a children's choir, led the youth choir and assisted in directing the Chancel Choir. Ronnie also organized the Handbell Choir.

Nickie Johnson - Receptionist Nickie joined our staff in May of 2004. She retired from Schumpert Medical Center in October, 1994. She has two daughters who live in Shreveport: Vikki Tompkins and husband Eddie and Paula Glass and husband David. She has four grandchildren, Tricia McKinney and husband Michael, and great granddaughters Maddie and Lillie, granddaughter Lindsy Long of North Carolina, grandson Michell Glass and wife, Mali, and granddaughter, Megan Glass of Shreveport. Nickie is the unofficial leader of Terrific Tuesdays and a member of JOYFUL NOISE and the Joy Sunday School Class.

James Hills - Custodian James Hills as been employed as custodian since 1978. He is a member of the Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church. He is married to Louella Baines Hills and they have six children. |

Sara LaFortune - Director of Youth Ministries Sara an her husband Tom have two children, Samantha and Jacob. They joined Christ UMC in July 2002. Sara loves supporting and cheering on her children no matter what the event. She is the Director of Youth Ministry and has a passion for showing the youth of the church how much God truly loves them! She is also a member of the Genesis Circle.
